By accessing or using the MaisonAmora website (maisonamora.com) or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms are entered into between you and TRMLUXURY ONPOINT, a company incorporated in Nigeria (“MaisonAmora”, “we”, “us”).

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@maisonamora.ng if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate and current information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

Payment is processed securely by Paystack. We accept cards and bank transfers supported by Paystack. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will receive a full refund for any cancelled order.

B2B accounts are subject to approval. Upon approval you gain access to wholesale pricing. Wholesale prices are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.

B2B orders may be subject to minimum order quantities as communicated during the application process. Payment terms for B2B customers are as agreed in writing; default is payment in full before dispatch.

We reserve the right to revoke B2B status if an account breaches these terms or misuses wholesale pricing.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For owned inventory, we aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. For dropship items, timelines are as displayed on the product page. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photographs, and code — is the property of TRMLUXURY ONPOINT or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Submit false reviews, ratings, or personal information
• Resell products purchased at B2C prices for commercial gain without our consent
• Interfere with the operation of the platform

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, MaisonAmora's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
