Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it within the timeframe and conditions set out below.
2. Return Eligibility (B2C)
You may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The item is not listed as a final sale or non-returnable item
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Customised or personalised items
- Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
3. Dropship Items
Items fulfilled by our partner suppliers (labelled “Ships from partner”) are subject to the individual supplier's return policy. Details of the applicable policy are available on the product page. We will facilitate communication between you and the supplier.
4. B2B (Wholesale) Orders
Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable unless the items received are defective, damaged in transit, or do not match the order. Claims for defective goods must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maisonamora.ng with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@maisonamora.ng with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider but typically take 3–5 business days after we initiate the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
