Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
MaisonAmora currently ships within Nigeria only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you require delivery outside Nigeria, please contact us at support@maisonamora.ng to discuss options.
2. Owned Inventory (MaisonAmora items)
Items labelled “Ships in 1–2 days” are held in our Port Harcourt warehouse. These orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding Nigerian public holidays).
Delivery within Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery to other states may take 3–5 business days.
3. Partner / Dropship Items
Items labelled with an extended lead time (e.g., “Ships in 7–14 days”) are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. Lead times are displayed on each product page and are estimates based on the supplier's standard processing time.
Total delivery time for dropship items = supplier lead time + in-country courier time (typically 2–5 additional business days).
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight and dimensions of your order. The exact fee will be shown before you confirm payment. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order in your Account → Orders page.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically try once more before returning the package to us. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund for the item cost only.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at support@maisonamora.ng with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where confirmed, will reship or refund your order.
